Concerts of BNR orchestra for 2013

In 2013, another brilliant BNR orchestra season is in store for classical music lovers. Under the baton of the great Emil Tabakov, the talented musicians, every month will present classical music masterpieces, together with various guest soloists. The program has been carefully chosen, and the season is dedicated to to the great Bulgaria conductor Vassil Stafanov.

Guest conductors in 2013 will be Thomas Kalb, Plamen Djuroff, Amos Talmon, Vladimir Ghiaurov. The program includes works by Giuseppe Verdi, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Richard Wagner and many other composers. There are two Bulgarian premiers and one world premier during this season.

The upcoming concerts will include performances of the world-renowned opera singer Anna Tomova-Sintova, as well as the famous violin virtuoso prof. Mincho Minchev. Other famous Bulgarian musicians, including Simona Mangova, Stanka Milanova and Evgeni Bozhanov will also perform on stage with BNR Symphony orchestra.
