Spanish Beauties with Rumba Aficionado

What a better way to beat the fall blues, than a hot Latino night, spent with the only Bulgarian band, dedicated to the beautiful rhythms of Spanish music – Rumba Aficionado?

On October 12th at Sofia Live Club, after a passionate and exciting summer tour across Bulgarian Black Sea cities, the Latin band will throw an exciting party for their fans in Sofia. On that date the band will celebrate their third birthday with style – presenting a brand new single – “Bueno”. The track is a joint project with Polly Genova (Bulgaria’s 2011 entrant for Eurovision) and will be part of the new album, on which the band currently is working. “Bueno” is sung entirely in Spanish.

From the time of their foundation, back in 2009, Rumba Aficionado have remained fully in love with flamenco and Latin vibes. This is the music which also had inspired the band’s founder Hristo Kolikov – Christo, to gather some of the best Bulgarian classical guitarists, percussionists and singers and turn them into Spanish music and culture ambassadors.

This is the video to the enchanting debut track of Rumba Aficionado, called “Rubi”. The interesting fact behind this video is that it is a gift from the band’s friends and fans and is filmed with five different cameras during the summer tour of Rumba Aficionado.

To fill the atmosphere in Sofia Live Club with passionate Latino rhythms and beautiful melodies, on October 12th, on stage will play:

Kolikov Christo – Christo
Simeon Ivanov
Tzvetan Andreev.

They will be perform together with Polly Genova, as well as with guest musicians: Orlin Tsvetanov (violin), Zivko Vasilev (flute), Kalin Zhechev (piano) and Alex Noushev (bass guitar).
