However the team of specialists (Irina Genova, Tatyana Dimitrova, Chavdar Popov, Boris Danailov, Diana Popova and Maria Vassileva) bravely fought this battle and the result is a 200-pages bilingual catalogue, designed by Nadezhda Oleg Lyahova.

The book is exuberantly illustrated with 300 reproductions and includes texts of the researches an analyses on Bulgarian art, based on the Sofia Art Gallery’s collection.

The exhibition is pleasantly accompanied by other interesting music and theatre events thoughout the year. Also at the entrance of the Gallery there is a small pavillion which is one of the few places in Sofia with a big number of Bulgarian artists albums available.
