80 sailing boats compete for “Black sea cup 2013”

From October 3 to October 6, the International Sailing Regatta “Black Sea Cup 2013” will be held at Burgas Bay.

More than 80 participants have applied to take part in the classes “Optimist”, “Laser 4.7 “and “420”. The participants are from various sailing clubs in Romania, Turkey, Kuwait, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia and Bulgaria,” said today the president of the Bulgarian Sailing Federation Valentin Nikolov.

Black Sea Cup 2013 is organized by the yacht clubs “Port Burgas” and “Chernomorets Burgas”, supported by the Municipality of Burgas and  “Port of Burgas” EAD.

The jury consists of 20 people, who present the Regional Association Burgas, together with other international juries from Romania, Turkey and Bulgaria.

October 4, 2013
10 a.m.Technical meeting with coaches
11 a.m. – Sail parade at the new Naval port.
1 p.m. – Start of the first race for the day

October 5, 2013
11 a.m. – Start of the first race for the day

October 6, 2013
11 a.m. – Start of the first race of the day, awards ceremony and closing of the regatta Black sea cup 2013.
